Steps to Apply as a PACES Examiner in Malaysia

1. Prepare your application documents:

• Your latest CV.
• The completed Trainee Examiner Criteria form. 

2. Submit your application:

• Write an email expressing your intent to become a PACES Examiner.
• Address it to Dato’ Dr Mrs Kew ST, Chair of the MRCP(UK) PACES Coordinating Committee Malaysia [kew@imu.edu.my].
• CC the email to [mrcp.paces@copm.online].
• Attach your CV and the completed Trainee Examiner Criteria form to the email.

3. Review by the Malaysian Committee:

• Your application will be reviewed by the MRCP(UK) PACES Coordinating Committee of Malaysia.

4. Forwarding to MRCP(UK) Central Office:

• If approved by the Chair and the Committee, your application will be forwarded to the MRCP(UK) Central Office for further processing.

5. Membership requirement (effective year 2025):

• All Malaysian PACES examiners must be active members of the College of Physicians Malaysia.
